House Rules for A Swallow’s Nest: No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke outside but are responsible for disposing of cigarette butts properly. No Pets: To maintain a hypoallergenic environment, pets are not allowed on the property. No Parties or Events: We maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors and other community members. Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates up to 8 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. Parking: A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed. Please park only in designated areas and do not block neighboring driveways. Lake and Equipment Use: Guests may use the provided paddleboards and kayaks at their own risk. Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times when using water equipment. Children must be supervised by an adult when near the lake or using equipment. Hot Tub: Use the hot tub responsibly. Shower before use to maintain water quality. No glass containers are allowed in or around the hot tub area. Children must be supervised at all times. Fire Pit: Ensure the fire is fully extinguished after use. Do not leave the fire unattended, and adhere to any local fire regulations or bans. Garbage Disposal: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins. All garbage should be taken to the trash center near the community center. Follow local recycling guidelines as posted in the kitchen. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times unless prior arrangements have been made. Respect for Property: Treat the home with respect. Report any damages or issues promptly to ensure they can be addressed in a timely manner. Compliance with HOA Rules: Guests are expected to comply with all Arrowhead Lake community rules and regulations. All guests must complete the HOA registration form at least 4 days before arrival. Failure to do so may result in a late registration fine, which will be passed on to the guest. Any summons related to guest violations will be redirected to responsible guest.
